Refund & Exchange Policy

We will be glad to accept returns on any unopened and unused products, as well as exchange and issue replacements for defective items for items purchased on our website with proof of purchase. 

 

We have a 7-days return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (according to tracking information).Any exchange or return requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. 

 

Refunds
To start a return, you can reach out to us at admin@barr-cosmetics.sg with your order number as well as the reason for the refund.  

 

If your return is accepted, kindly send the items back to us. We recommend for you to mail the items back to us using a reliable shipping service that will provide a tracking number. Postage costs will be paid by you and you will be responsible for the item until we receive it. Please provide return parcel tracking number as well as all other proof of mailing until we acknowledge receipt of parcel. 

 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not as soon as possible. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

We are unable to process refund requests for:
  • Items that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above.
  • Items that are lost during transit
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will also not be accepted. 
We reserve the right to reject the return and any request for refund.

 

Exchange
If you need to do an exchange for another same price item, you can reach out to us at admin@barr-cosmetics.sg with your order number as well as the reason for the exchange. 

 

To make the process run smoother and faster, do email your enquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details for record purpose. 

 

If your return is accepted, kindly send the items back to us. We recommend for you to mail the items back to us using a reliable shipping service that will provide a tracking number. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of the items (according to tracking information). 

 

Reach out to us at admin@barr-cosmetic.sg with a clear image/video of the items that you have received, the exterior packaging and order number so we can help you get your correct products as soon as possible. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchange of sales items or gift cards. 

 

The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
  1. Change of mind
  2. Item which is damaged by the recipient due to lack of care
  3. Open and used products
